Rhonda has worked in all phases of the company for over 20 years and is currently Dispatch Operations Manager. Embracing areas as diverse as EDI and OS&D management, her job is to deliver both goods and information intact and on time.

Rhonda's nickname, "Help me Rhonda", as she is known to many of our customers, reflects her willingness and ability to solve problems and to create harmonious relationships with our business partners.

"I am married to Joe and we have two boys, Mike and Brian. Brian works at Taylor as well. I have worked here since 1979. I enjoy reading, musicals, hiking, camping, and baking. I have worked in all departments here at Taylor but I especially enjoy solving customer service related issues."
