Keith attended the University of Cincinnati and started at Taylor as a fork lift operator in 1978. He became Human Resource Director in 1998. Keith's primary job function is to assist our employees to excel in their jobs. Keith was instrumental in developing our Drug Free Workplace Program to ensure our employees safety while on the job.

Another area of Taylor that Keith has been responsible for is our packaging and recouping department in the warehouse. With Keith's background in warehouse operations, he has played a vital role in designing and developing packaging solutions for our warehouse customers. He has the allegiance to both Taylor and our customers to ensure that his projects arrive to their location in the manner in which they were intended so that the end consumer is captivated.

Keith's personal interests involve his wife, Amy, and his three children, Kyle ,Andrea, and Abby. He is an avid golfer and enjoys fishing and biking. Keith has been involved with the Arthritis Foundation working on the committee for the Comair Mini-Grand Prix and also works with the Juvenile Diabetes organization.

Taylor Logistics has an active membership with TIA (Transportation Intermedieries Association) and is proud to be associated with the P3 Platinum Performance Program.
