In following with the family tradition, Drew also graduated from Indiana University - Bloomington, IN, in 1983. 

As Vice-President, Drew is responsible for the warehouse operations.   His main focus is inventory accuracy and he is able to achieve this through our people, our processes and our technology.    Drew believes that cycle counts should be done on a continuous bases to maintain high levels of accuracy.  This is one of the best ways of identifying problem areas on a timely basis and providing an environment conducive to continuous improvement.

"Technology has increased the speed at which Taylor operates, but it hasn't changed our fundamental values: safety, integrity, quality, and customer driven service. A new service or clever structure is nothing more than that if it only exists for its own sake. We have to be obsessed not just with the new thing but with the best thing - the idea that becomes somebody's creative solution."
