Freight Finder

Taylor Logistics is looking for a highly self-motivated person to discover and develop new shippers. This position will require strong communications, networking, tactical and creative skills when inquiring about a shipper’s potential needs. As a Freight Finder with Taylor Logistics, the logistics professional will be expected to initiate, develop, and grow relationships with shippers in accordance with company and industry standards. The position is primarily inside sales and phone based. TLI Freight Finders are expected to make several quality results focused sales calls each day.  TLI Freight Finders rely on our experienced truck finders to cover the loads to keep Freight Finders concentrating on selling. Qualified candidates must have 2 or more years of verifiable experience to be considered.

Truck Finder

Taylor Logistics is searching for a self-driven logistics professional to find carriers to move our Freight Finders’ freight. This position will require strong communications, team work, creativity skills and determination when looking for the best carrier for a particular load. As a Truck Finder with Taylor Logistics, this person will be expected to initiate and develop relationships with new carriers as well as expanding our relationship with current carriers in accordance with company and industry standards.  TLI Truck Finders work Freight Finders and Back Office associates in a team based model.  Qualified candidates must have 2 or more years of verifiable experience to be considered.
